The formula itself is very good and doesn't flake, but the applicator needs improvement. The wand barely applies any mascara onto the eyelashes, however, it does give a very natural look since it hardly applies any product. I find that it makes my lashes slightly longer but not any fuller. If they would improve the wand I would consider purchasing this.
