Bellapierre’s Waterproof Gel Lip Liner is formulated with natural waxes, mineral pigments, iron oxides and nourishing antioxidants, such as Vitamin E for luscious, flawless lips. Because of this natural formulation these gel liners are hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types.

Creating a perfectly defined pout that lasts all day has never been easier, with these creamy liners that glide on effortlessly.

These waterproof lip pencils can be used to prep the lips for Mineral Lipstick, or on their own as an all-over lip color.

Application

With your lips relaxed and slightly parted, line your lips following their natural shape. To help your Mineral Lipstick last longer, use the side of the lip liner pencil to fill in your lips with color before applying. For extra shine, top your lipstick with Super Gloss.
